Welcome to Prime Health Patients! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Prime Health Patients mobile application ("Service") provided by IT Futurz ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 13 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User-Generated Content and End User License Agreement (EULA)

By using Prime Health Patients, you may have the ability to post or share content with other users. This includes but is not limited to text, images, or other material.

5.1 No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

There is zero tolerance for any content that is:

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or suggestive
• Hateful or discriminatory
• Encouraging self-harm, suicide, or violence
• Related to illegal activities or substances
• Deceptive, spammy, or violating intellectual property rights

Violators will have their content removed and may be permanently banned from the app.

5.2 License to Use User Content

By submitting content, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by us or our licensees and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service.
• Violate the privacy or rights of other users.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
